I am not sure how useful this will be, but a blog may be better than sending out emails all the time. It should be less cluttered and a good way to document items of common interest. Let’s see how it goes!

Hi All, posts are now password protected, for privacy. This might be a pain, and hopefully only a temporary solution. I am looking for another option. For now:

1. Be sure to password protect any post you write. Use the normal password.

2. The normal password has been used for all previous posts that I have now password protected.

3. If you use firefox and tell it to remember your post password (when you’re viewing) then you’ll be able to read all posts without having to use it again.
